Ensuring Accuracy of Personal Information

Flexiti Financial will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your personal information is accurate and complete where it may be used to make a decision about you or disclosed to another organization.

A request to correct personal information must be made by telephone or in writing and provide sufficient detail to identify the personal information and the correction being sought. Electronic information will be destroyed using appropriate security measures when no longer required.

Using appropriate security measures, hardcopies of personal information will be stored and destroyed when no longer required for the purposes stated herein.

Access to Personal Information

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to limited exceptions.

Collection of Personal Information Through Our Websites: When visitors visit a Flexiti Financial Website, anonymous, non-personal information about their visit is automatically collected.
