You’ll find your statements, current balance, available credit and information on when your next payment is due. You can also set up alerts and review current transactions!

Payments can be made online through your bank's online banking system. You'll need to add Flexiti Financial as a payee the first time you make a payment so make sure you have your Flexiti account number available during setup. Payments made through online banking will be processed in 2-3 business days. You can also send a cheque to PO Box 340, Orangeville, Ontario, postal code L9W 2Z7. Be sure to include your account number on your cheque or money order and allow 7-10 days for your payment to be received. Mailed payments are processed the day they are received.

For balance details, payments or other statement information, you can view your statement online by logging into your account. You must register your account before logging in for the first time. Your Flexiti Financial account number can be found on the welcome letter we sent you. If you are receiving statements or payment email reminders, your account number can also be found there. If you have misplaced your welcome letter, or are not receiving statements or payment reminders, you can call us at 1-877-259-3745 Monday-Friday 11 am to 11 pm EST and Saturday and Sunday 11 am to 9 pm EST.

Our financing solution allows the consumer to keep their money and our promotional financing plans convert a purchase that may have been too large into smaller more manageable payments.

In general, most credit cards have an interest rate of 19.00% or more. Our promotional financing plans may allow consumers different options with better rates:

  • No interest promotional financing.
  • Low interest promotional financing ranging between 3.99%, 7.99% and 9.99% during the promotional term (50% of approved applicants fall in 3.99% good credit range).
  • Regular interest promotional financing ranging between 9.99%, 12.99% and 18.99% during the promotional term (50% of approved applicants fall in 9.99% good credit range).

Our process typically takes under 3 minutes and happens on the spot. The consumer doesn’t have to go to a bank and apply for a loan. Additionally, we don’t require any collateral or register any liens.

Depending on the plans you choose to offer and your customer’s credit score, your customer will be charged an annual interest rate between 0% and 18.99% during the promotional term. An admin fee may also apply to financed purchases.

Depending on the plan you choose to offer, sales financing can cost you anywhere between 0% and 14.80%.
